Furminator Review!

Okay, so if you own a Corgi, a Labradoodle, a German Shepard or whichever breed, this tool will be your best friend. For those of you that don’t know, Corgi’s shed fur like crazy. I am not exaggerating, there’s fur in my carpet, my bed, my socks, my food sometimes, you can’t escape it. But, you can use something to help you decrease the amount of fur.

Quick background as to how I found out about this. I was at Panera Bread with Arty and his dad, and these 2 elderly ladies walk up to us and say how much Arty reminded them of a Corgi that they used to have. The lady went on to say, “they shed like crazy don’t they?” My reply was, “Yes, yes they do.” She told me that when she had her Corgi she purchased the Furminator. She then asked me if I had heard about it or owned one. I told her no. Of course I looked it up on Amazon and found it for $30. I ordered it right away.

It arrived a few days later and I used it on Arty. It’s one of those things you have to see to believe. I was able to take off soooo much fur, I was like, “I can make another Corgi.”

It has been the best de-shedding tool I have ever used!

Here are a few tips for those looking to buy:

• They sell them on Amazon and Petsmart (not found at Target or Walmart)
• They go for about $30-$40 depending on where you buy
• There’s different blades for all different fur types (Arty has the Short-hair one)
• The grip is durable so it does not hurt your hand as you’re using it
• The blue release button makes it easy to release all the fur you’ve collected
• Your rug will thank you.
